Do I need an appointment to see a car?
Yes. We see customers by appointment in Sabadell, Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 19:30 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00. You can book on the website by choosing a day and time, via WhatsApp or by phone. That way the car is ready for you and we can give you all the time you need.
Do the cars come with a warranty?
Yes, every car comes with a 12-month warranty. Depending on the car's age, it can be extended at extra cost; just ask us.
Can I finance the car?
Yes. On each car's page there's a “Finance it” button: fill in your details in 2 minutes, the finance company sends you a link by SMS or email for the bank verification, and we tell you the answer and the terms before you decide anything. No obligation.
Is the bank verification for financing safe?
Yes. It's done on the finance company's secure page; the company is supervised and the process is regulated by European payment services rules: it's only used to view your account and assess the financing. Nobody from Plata Garage will ever ask for your bank login.
Can I reserve a car?
Yes, with a deposit that is deducted from the price; you'll see the amount on each car's page. First we confirm it's still available and explain the terms, and then you can pay by Bizum or bank transfer.
Will you take my car?
We'll give you an approximate valuation of your car, done by a person, within 24 working hours and with no obligation. You can request it under "What's my car worth?".
Can you deliver it to my home?
Yes, it's possible. Enter your postcode on the car's page and we'll send you a delivery quote, with no obligation.
What happens to the deposit if my financing isn't approved?
We refund it in full.
What paperwork do I get with the car?
The car comes with the technical sheet, the sales contract, the warranty documents and the DGT temporary registration permit. We handle the ownership transfer before handover.
When do I pay for the car?
Full payment is made 24 hours before handover, so the ownership transfer is done and the car is ready on the day you collect it.
I can't find the car I want. Can you find it for me?
Yes. Tell us under "We'll find it for you" which car you want and your budget, and we'll get in touch when we have options that fit.
