What do you look at to value a car?
Year and mileage, its service history, the condition of the bodywork, interior and tyres, the MOT (ITV), whether there's any outstanding finance and how much real demand there is for that model right now.
Can I part-exchange it for one of your cars?
Yes. When you request the valuation, tell us which car you're interested in and we'll tell you how much you'd have left to pay.
What if I'm still paying for it?
It can be looked into. If a finance company holds a retention of title, it has to be cancelled before the sale; we go through it with you case by case.
What documents do I need?
Registration certificate, technical data sheet with a valid MOT (ITV) and your ID. If you have the service invoices, even better.
