How much does it cost to finance a used car: real payment examples

What changes the payment most
Three things: the amount you finance, the term and the interest rate the lender applies, which in turn depends on the amount and the car's age. With more months the payment goes down, but you pay more interest overall.
Examples with real figures
These examples use Confía's terms of 15/10/2026, with no down payment, the 5 % opening fee financed and the ownership transfer added to the amount. They are indicative and approval is up to the lender.

With a down payment, a lower payment
If you pay part in cash, or trade in your car, you finance less and the payment goes down. Value your car with no obligation.
Work it out for each car
Each car in our stock has a calculator with its payment based on price and age, and you can see cars by monthly payment. Applying takes 2 minutes from the car's page and we handle it with the lender.
